When must B2B orders be paid?

All B2B orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We release orders for shipment only after payment has been received and confirmed. Miranda does not offer deferred payment terms for B2B orders.

Is there a minimum annual purchase amount for B2B accounts?

B2B accounts must purchase at least €500 in products during each rolling 12-month period to retain B2B status and trade pricing. Product value is calculated after discounts and returns, excluding shipping. New accounts have 12 months from registration to meet this minimum. Manually approved reactivations also receive a new 12-month period.

If B2B status is removed, your customer account and any order history are kept. To request reactivation, contact info@miranda.pt. Reactivation requires manual review.

Does submitting an application activate trade pricing?

No. Every application requires manual approval. Trade pricing becomes available only after your company has been approved.

Check the country prefix and number, and confirm that your VAT registration is active in VIES. If the service is unavailable, try again later. We cannot approve an EU application until VIES validity has been confirmed.

We use the information to review and manage your dealer account. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.

Miranda & Irmão, also known as Miranda Bike Parts, is a company with over 75 years of existence, producing cranksets, brakes, levers, grips and reflectors, currently being the european manufacturer of premium bicycle drivetrain components, for ebikes, MTB, EMTB, road, trekking, commuting, and city bikes.

First established as an individual business in 1940, it became a family-owned company by 1950, manufacturing headlamps, rear lamps, and air pumps.

By the 1960's, Miranda was on its path to success, having increased its industrial area thus widely developing its manufacturing capabilities, and expanding to a new range of products such as motorcycle hydraulic brakes, speedometers. grips, switches, and klaxons.

The introduction of plastic injection technology, in 1978, brought a new surge of development to this already striving company. Later on, the 90's Miranda installed the equipment and technology of cold-forged aluminum.

Nowadays, Miranda has extended production to a new range of bicycle brakes and cranksets, and has been progressively going into the medium and high-end market of bicycle components.

Miranda is now supplying most of the European top brand bicycles and exporting to a wide range of countries, enlarging every year a strong reputation of the quality maker and a reliable industrial partner.
